Confirm Where the RV Is Actually Stored
A West Palm Beach mailing address and the property’s governing jurisdiction are not always the same thing, so the RV’s actual storage location matters before you rely on City parking rules.
West Palm Beach is an incorporated municipality, while Palm Beach County also contains unincorporated areas. If the RV is stored at a residence, first determine whether that property is inside West Palm Beach city limits. The practical starting point is to provide the RV’s actual location, describe its present condition accurately, and know what ownership or title situation applies.
Motorhomes
Class A, Class B, Class C, and other motorized RVs can be considered.
Towable and Other RVs
Travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, campers, and other recreational vehicles can also be submitted.
Older, Damaged, or Non-Running
Older, worn, damaged, and non-running RVs can be considered. Repair is not required before requesting an offer.
Location Names Matter
West Palm Beach Is Not the Same as Palm Beach
West Palm Beach and the Town of Palm Beach are separate municipalities, with Lake Worth Lagoon between them.
Palm Beach County also contains unincorporated locations that can use West Palm Beach mailing addresses even though they are outside the incorporated City’s jurisdiction.
For an offer request, provide the place where the RV is actually stored rather than relying on the broader phrase “Palm Beach area.” Being outside West Palm Beach city limits does not by itself prevent an offer request because OneRVBuyer publishes service coverage across Florida.
If the RV Is Stored at Home
Check the City’s RV Parking Rules
For property inside West Palm Beach city limits, current City guidance treats certain RVs as restricted vehicles and places conditions on how restricted vehicles may be stored in residential areas.
The City of West Palm Beach Code Enforcement FAQ says restricted vehicles may be parked on a paved permanent surface when screened on three sides, with the home or building allowed to count as one of those sides. It directs questions about on-street RV parking to the City’s Parking Department.
The same City guidance separately says disabled and unlicensed vehicles must be kept in a garage rather than on a driveway or street. If you are selling a non-running or unlicensed motorhome, confirm how the current rule applies to that specific vehicle before relying on outdoor residential parking.
These are municipal rules. They should not automatically be applied to a property outside West Palm Beach city limits.
For vehicle paperwork, the Constitutional Tax Collector Serving Palm Beach County handles motor-vehicle title services locally. Florida title requirements themselves remain part of the state vehicle-title system.
City Rules, County Services, and Florida Title Requirements Are Different
For a property inside West Palm Beach, municipal code and parking questions belong with the City. For property in unincorporated Palm Beach County, County agencies handle local zoning and code matters rather than the municipality.
A Florida Title May Be Electronic
The Constitutional Tax Collector Serving Palm Beach County processes motor-vehicle title services locally and operates a West Palm Beach service center at 301 N. Olive Avenue. Florida title records can be electronic, so not having a printed paper certificate does not automatically mean the title is lost.
Before completing a transaction, know whether the title is electronic or paper and whether a lien or other ownership issue exists. If there is a lien, missing-document problem, or another title complication, disclose it before the transaction is finalized so the applicable paperwork can be confirmed.

If a storm actually caused roof, vent, awning, window, exterior, or debris-related damage, include that history. Do not assume hurricane damage simply because the RV has been stored in the area.
Flood or Water Intrusion
Report actual flooding, standing water, roof leakage, staining, damp materials, damaged flooring, visible water entry, or electrical problems that followed known exposure.
Hurricane, Wind, or Debris
Report known roof, vent, awning, window, exterior, or debris-related damage only when a storm actually affected the RV.
Outdoor Heat
For an RV stored outside for long periods, report visible tire deterioration, seal wear, exterior deterioration, battery problems, or interior wear that you actually know about.
Actual Exposure
Local weather and flood conditions are context, not proof of damage. Describe actual exposure and what you can observe now.
