For a Texas-titled vehicle that has been sold, TxDMV says a Vehicle Transfer Notification filed within 30 days can help protect the seller if the buyer does not promptly transfer the title. Detailed lien, bonded-title, trailer-title, plate, salvage, and ownership rules should remain state-level material.

Fort Worth also maintains a floodplain-management program, so mention flooding only if the RV actually experienced floodwater or standing-water exposure.
